The Pre-licensing course can be completed in a classroom environment or through distance learning/virtual classes. If you choose the classroom version, then you will receive a MV-278 Prelicensing Certificate of Completion. Whatever version you decide to enroll in all courses follow the same curriculum. When you have successfully completed your course, the company will report your completion to the DMV automatically, and you don't need to show the certificate at the time of taking the driver's test.
